Make A Return

To return or exchange an item please follow these easy steps:

  1. Please log in to our Returns Page

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order, and click ‘Start Return’

  3. Select the product(s) you want to return and whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different size of the same item

  4. Choose a reason for return in case of refund / select a new size, and a return reason in case of exchange, and click ‘Continue’

  5. Choose your return method (for auto-generated return labels, please select 'USPS' (for US orders), 'Royal Mail' (for UK orders), or 'DHL' (for all other orders)

  6. Review your return and click ‘Confirm’ You will receive a QR code (paperless option) or a PDF of your return label (printable option).

  7. IMPORTANT: You must include the original invoice inside your package. We need this to identify your parcel and process your refund quickly.

This information will also be sent to the email address provided. For any questions or difficulties, just message us via the ‘Send Message’ option during the returns process, and the team will be more than happy to assist you. Alternatively, contact us directly through this email address.
