Refund & Exchange Policy

For a refund or exchange to be processed, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused.
• It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
• All original tags must be attached.
• The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

We are proud to offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience seamless. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, not be accepted and lead to future orders being refused.

Please note that we accept returns only for items directly purchased from the Frescobol Carioca online store. If you've purchased Frescobol Carioca products through other retailers, you should follow their respective returns and refunds policy.

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our criteria. A refund will be issued to the original payment method within a 14 day period.

Exchanges will be processed once your return has been received at our warehouse. This may take up to 14 working days and you'll be notified of the new shipment details. If the requested item for exchange is no longer in stock, a refund will automatically be issued back to your original payment method.
