Yes, we cover all import duties and taxes on shipments worldwide, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience for you. The price you pay at checkout is the final price for your order.

Exceptions: In a few specific countries, local import charges may still apply. Currently, we do not cover duties and taxes for orders shipped to Brazil, Peru, the Philippines,or South Africa.If you are ordering to these locations, you may be responsible for import fees as per local regulations. For all other destinations, you can expect no additional customs charges upon delivery.

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed promptly, and if you place your order before 13:00 GMT on a business day, we will ship it out the same day. Orders received after 13:00 GMT or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please note that our warehouse is closed over the weekend, so orders placed after the Friday cutoff will go out on Monday.

Once shipped, delivery times via DHL Express typically are:

UK: 1–3 working days
Europe: 1 working day
Rest of World: 3-5 working days
