Returns - DHL Pre Paid Label

Welcome to Frescobol Carioca! We understand that sometimes a change of heart or unexpected circumstances arise, and we want to ensure your return experience is as smooth as possible.

Extended Holiday Returns

Extended Returns are now live to allow you more flexibility over the festive period. All purchases made on or after the 16/11/2023 can be returned up until the 15/01/2024.

Refund & Exchange Policy

For a refund or exchange to be processed, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags must be attached.

Please note that we accept returns only for items directly purchased from the Frescobol Carioca online store. If you've purchased Frescobol Carioca products through other retailers, the return process should align with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Returns & Exchange Process

In the clear plastic docket on the front of your box, you should find our Returns Form and a pre-paid DHL shipping label.

1. Fill in the returns form including your order number and item details so we can locate your original purchase.

2. Place your items back in the original packaging with all tags attached.

3. For customers in the US, UK and Rest of World, please be sure to include the provided invoice document with this return, in keeping with customs laws.

4. Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label to your parcel.

5. You can then arrange a free collection by contacting DHL here. If more convenient, you can also take your parcel to your nearest DHL drop-off service point.

Should you need it, you will find your 10 digit waybill number located under the top barcode on your printed returns label.

Returns & Exchange Processing 

Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our criteria.

A refund will be issued to the original payment method within a 14 day period.

Exchanges will be processed promptly, and you'll be notified of the new shipment details.

Bundle Refund & Exchange 

A full refund is issued only when all items from a bundle are returned. Partial return of a bundle is not permitted. To receive a full refund, you must return all items purchased as part of the bundle.

If you request an exchange, you will be able to exchange your item(s) for a different size. However, you cannot exchange for a different item.
