Refund & Exchange Policy
For a refund or exchange to be processed, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused.
- It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
- All original tags must be attached.
We are proud to offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience seamless. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, not be accepted and lead to future orders being refused.
Please note that we accept returns only for items directly purchased from the Frescobol Carioca online store. If you've purchased Frescobol Carioca products through other retailers, the return process should align with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Returns & Exchange Process
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make the return process as seamless as possible for you. Our new returns portal is designed to ensure that returning items is easy, convenient, and hassle-free.
To return or exchange an item please follow these easy steps:
1. Please Login to our new returns page
2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place your order and click ‘Start Return’
3. Select the product(s) you want to return and whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different size of the same item
4. Choose a reason for return in case of refund / select a new size and a return reason in case of exchange and click ‘Continue’
5. Choose your return method
6. Review your return and click ‘Confirm’
You will receive a QR code (paperless option) or a PDF of your return label (printable option).
This information will also be sent to the email address provided.

Returns & Exchange Processing
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our criteria.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method within a 14 day period.
Exchanges will be processed promptly, and you'll be notified of the new shipment details.
Bundle Refund & Exchange
A full refund is issued only when all items from a bundle are returned. Partial return of a bundle is not permitted. To receive a full refund, you must return all items purchased as part of the bundle.
If you request an exchange, you will be able to exchange your item(s) for a different size. However, you cannot exchange for a different item.
