Our eponymous frescobol bat reimagined exclusively for Le Club 55, our first ever resort partner and staple of St. Tropez since 1955. Born on the beaches of Rio, the game of frescobol is a true cornerstone of Carioca culture. Handmade by skilled marceneiros, our eponymous beach bats are crafted using salvaged offcuts from the famed Brazilian furniture industry, each one a unique work of art. Inspired by the untouched beaches of one of our favourite towns - the perfect spot for a game of frescobol - the Trancoso Beach Bat offers a truly minimalist approach. 5 interlocking pieces of wood are pieced together for a clean and classic style, finished as always with our hand-wrapped neoprene grip in Le Club 55's iconic shade of blue and decorated with a centralised motif. Pair with bespoke Le Club 55 linen towel for the ultimate luxury leisure beach pairing.

Sustainably Sourced Wood



Sourced from Brazil’s iconic furniture industry, our craftsmanship is proudly local. We give new life to offcuts of native woods - including Brazilian Walnut, Cedar, Pine, and Beefwood - upcycling them into our signature frescobol bats.

The Original Beach Bat



First played on Rio’s beaches in 1945, frescobol is the original bat-and-ball sport - born from a handmade driftwood bat and a tennis ball, it soon evolved into an icon of Brazilian beach culture. Its distinctive knock-knock became the soundtrack of Copacabana, a sound FRESCOBOL CARIOCA carries to shores worldwide.

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note our warehouse is
closed on weekends, so orders placed after the Friday cut-off will be
