Refund & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused.
  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

We are pleased to offer a flexible returns policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please note, however, that we monitor return activity. Excessive or repeated returns may be flagged and, at our discretion, could result in future returns being declined or orders being refused.

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will carefully inspect them to ensure they meet the above criteria.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 14 days. Kindly note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

You will be notified once your replacement item has been dispatched. If the requested exchange item is no longer available, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that we only accept returns for items purchased directly from the Frescobol Carioca online store. For purchases made through other retailers, kindly refer to their respective returns and refunds policies.
