Only items that have been purchased directly from FRESCOBOL CARIOCA online store can be returned. Frescobol Carioca products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. This policy applies both to items purchased by you and items you received as a Gift. Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty. Our warranty covers faults reported within 12 months from the date of purchase.
