HOW TO MEASURE

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape measure level and comfortably snug under your arms.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button. Keep the tape straight and relaxed.

Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure level all the way around.
