Frescobol Carioca offers high quality, handmade products and we aim to ensure these arrive in perfect condition and exceed your expectations. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on all items within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided they are in their original unused condition. For online orders to receive a refund or exchange we require that: - Items must be sent back in original box - The tickets and tags are still attached to the garment. - That item’s be in original and unused condition. Please note that exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange to other style, please request a refund and place another order.

To return your order, place your items in the original packaging and carefully fill out the Returns Form included within your order. The order number and items details must be added to the Returns Form in order for us to locate your original purchase. You will find a pre-paid return label in the invoice slip with your original parcel. This is valid for returns from any region. Please make sure to attach it to your return order. Then simply post the parcel back to us or arrange a collection by contacting DHL customer support.

We endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing card.
