If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange on all item(s) returned to us within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods assuming they are in their original unused condition. Please note that exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or colour. If you wish to exchange to other style, please request a refund and place another order.

To return your order, place your items in the original packaging and carefully fill out the Returns Form included within your order. Important information in Returns Form such as order number and items details must be added in order for us to locate your original purchase. You will find a pre-paid return label in the invoice slip outside your parcel - make sure to attach it on your return order. You can simply post the parcel back to us or arrange a collection by contacting DHL customer support

We endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing card.
